近日，工業(yè)和信息化部等七部門發(fā)布《關(guān)于加快推動(dòng)制造業(yè)綠色化發(fā)展的指導(dǎo)意見》，其中提到：前瞻布局綠色低碳領(lǐng)域未來產(chǎn)業(yè)。聚焦“雙碳”目標(biāo)下能源革命和產(chǎn)業(yè)變革需求，謀劃布局氫能、儲(chǔ)能、生物制造、碳捕集利用與封存（CCUS）等未來能源和未來制造產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展。圍繞石化化工、鋼鐵、交通、儲(chǔ)能、發(fā)電等領(lǐng)域用氫需求，構(gòu)建氫能制、儲(chǔ)、輸、用等全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈技術(shù)裝備體系，提高氫能技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)性和產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈完備性。
Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and seven other departments issued the Guiding Opinions on Accelerating the Green Development of Manufacturing Industry, which mentioned: forward-looking layout of future industries in the green and low-carbon field. Focusing on the needs of energy revolution and industrial transformation under the "dual carbon" goal, we plan to layout future energy and manufacturing industries such as hydrogen energy, energy storage, biological manufacturing, carbon capture, utilization and storage (CCUS).Build a comprehensive industrial chain technology and equipment system for hydrogen production, storage, transmission, and utilization, focusing on the demand for hydrogen in the fields of petrochemicals, steel, transportation, energy storage, and power generation, to improve the economic efficiency and completeness of hydrogen energy technology and industrial chain.
早在2022年，國家發(fā)展改革委、國家能源局發(fā)布了《氫能產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中長期規(guī)劃（2021-2035年）》，就部署了推動(dòng)氫能產(chǎn)業(yè)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展的重要舉措。氫能作為構(gòu)建清潔低碳、安全高效能源體系的重要抓手在全球范圍內(nèi)的關(guān)注度穩(wěn)步提升。截至去年底，全球已有包括中國在內(nèi)的50余個(gè)國家和地區(qū)發(fā)布國家級氫能發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。
