| ①,適用于螺母自動冷鐓機的模具。 ②,技術要求： 材料——模套T10A(GB1298)，中套60Si2Mn(GB1222)，模芯YG 20C。 熱處理硬度——模套50~55HRC，中套42~48HRC。 模芯與模套的過盈量為0.4%~0.6%。 在C型鐓六角凹模端部標志處，標志出螺母的標準號及螺紋規(guī)格。 其他技術要求按JB/T 4213的規(guī)定。 |
